My Mojo Baby, Inc. (the "Company" or "MOJOBABY") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. MojoBaby.com is an online service that allows users to share content from their cell phones and computers with the Company's site, share their content using the flash widget on other sites, and add friends and followers and notify them of the posting of new content. Although the Company does not charge its users for use of the site, the user's cell phone carrier will charge its standard rates - the establishment of a messaging plan is advised prior to use of this site. By visiting or using MOJOBABY's site and services, you consent to the data collection and use practices described in this policy. As with the Terms of Use, the mere act of visiting this site, even without reading the subject legal documents, will be viewed as acceptance of the terms contained herein and therein.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND DISCLOSURE:
MOJOBABY collects user-submitted information such as the user's first and last name, city of residence, user name, e-mail address, and cell phone number. Users must first complete the registration form which will provide the registrant with full access to the site. USE OF COOKIES:
