i made this in class with photoshop i really want that program so i can edit all my pictures really well!

You should look at some of the free open source programs to use instead of photoshop. While not as powerful you might want to try Picasa from google. It has basic image editing tools.

While I haven't tried this, it has some good reviews on Digg:
