horray for dumb criminals! like the guys who stole the catalytic converter out from under my truck in broad daylight, in front of summers office, on a busy intersection, during work hours...the office below summer wrote down the licence plate and called it in...found the car a couple days later, and busted open a whole ring of catalytic converter thieves :)
